Delivery Process
Our delivery process is divided into two stages: transportation from our suppliers to our warehouse, and delivery from the warehouse to your address.
Stage 1: From Supplier to Warehouse
Each product page offers three delivery options for transporting your order from our suppliers to our warehouse:
- Express
The fastest option for urgent needs (higher cost).
- Standard
The default option, balancing speed and cost.
- Economy
A slower, more budget-friendly choice.
You can adjust your selected option during checkout if needed.
Stage 2: From Warehouse to Your Address
At checkout, you can choose between two delivery options:
- Shipping Organized by Us
Select a shipping method provided at checkout. Delivery is managed by our trusted logistics partners, with costs based on the weight, volume, your address, and the chosen mode of transport. Orders shipped by us are consolidated and dispatched only once all items in your order are in stock. If you require partial shipments, please place multiple orders.
- Local Pickup
Select the “Local Pickup” option if you prefer to arrange your own transportation. Once your order (or part of it) is ready, we’ll notify you with its weight and dimensions. You can then collect your order or consult with us to find the best shipping solution. A stocking fee will apply to uncollected orders after 30 days of notification.
Payment Options
Direct Bank Transfer
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation containing our bank details.
- Please use your order number as the payment reference.
- Your order will be put on hold until the bank transfer is successfully processed.
Payment by Card
- After completing checkout, you will be prompted to enter your card details.
- We partner with the secure external payment provider Stripe to process card payments, ensuring your details are handled safely.
- Please note, we do not store your card details for added security.
Returns and Refunds
At KVD Systems, we generally do not accept returns, as we fulfill customer orders by sourcing products directly from our suppliers rather than delivering from stock.
However, exceptions may be made at our discretion. If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
- A restocking fee will be charged as outlined in our terms and conditions.
- All transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned products are received and inspected to ensure they are in acceptable condition—unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
